How I help
Three kinds of moves, one steady guide
Real estate is full of deadlines, paperwork, and decisions that feel bigger at 9 PM than they did at noon. My job is to keep all of it moving, and to make sure you never feel like you're navigating it alone.
Your first home, without the guesswork
You've never done this before. I have, many times over. I'll walk you through financing, offers, inspections, and closing in plain English, and I'll tell you honestly when a house isn't the one.
Selling and buying on the same clock
Timing two transactions is the hardest move in real estate. I've helped a family sell their home and land in their next one inside a four-month window. Deadlines, creative solutions, and a calm plan are my specialty.
When a home holds a lifetime
Some sales are about more than square footage. If it's time to let go of a longtime family home, I bring patience, respect for its history, and the experience to find the right buyer quickly. Many families come to me for exactly this.
We have our first home because of you. We wish there were more people in the world like you.

About Angela
Trained to listen. Built for deadlines.
Angela studied journalism at UW-Madison, which is another way of saying she learned to ask good questions, listen carefully, and never miss a deadline. It turns out those are exactly the skills a move requires.
Since 2017, she has built her business across Kenosha, Racine, and Lake Geneva the slow, honest way: one family at a time, with repeat clients and referrals doing the advertising. Her experience runs wider than most: residential sales of every kind, plus condos, new construction, vacant land, commercial property, and tenant and lease negotiation. She went on to earn her Wisconsin broker's license because understanding the rules deeply is part of protecting the people she works for.
Clients describe working with her the same way, again and again: trust. They felt heard, the process went well, and they'd choose her again. That reputation is the whole business plan.

On the other side of the transaction
Respected by the professionals she works with
In real estate, the agent on the other side of a transaction sees how you really operate: whether the paperwork is clean, your word is good, and the deal closes on time. When the kind words come from a fellow professional, they carry a little extra weight.
